Here is a update showing there is nothing in the GUiPeX interface as some one suggested

Here I am using the Shell CMD to Upx the helloworld.exe notice same size file 5632

Now I compare the file with saved one made using GUiPeX front end

As you can see the files are identical.

And here is the results I got today sent the file to Virus total on February 6, 2010

Notice eSafe and F-Secure stops reporting anything.
